Quinoa seeds are grown in South America. They have a delicate nutty flavour and are gluten free.
Consumption: add quinoa seeds to vegetable dishes, soups or salads. The seeds are prepared in a similar way to rice, by boiling them for about 15 min. You can also make bread or pancakes from milled quinoa seeds.
